Our stay at the Kristiana Hotel was simply fantastic! The welcoming atmosphere and friendly team made us feel right at home, and the dining experience was one of the best we've had, especially with the complimentary drinks at dinner. The Joker Card truly enhanced our vacation, giving us unbeatable access to the cable cars and local attractions. On the downside, our first room had a very hard bed, but they quickly fixed it with a comfy topper, which was a nice touch.

However, I found the views from the room to be less than ideal, mainly overlooking a busy road and a construction site.
